"Sometimes we can pull off miracles. My homeowners and I met at a local expo of builders. They wanted vinyl siding out of their life. They felt that vinyl colors don't last. We install all types of siding and I said I could help. Upon seeing their home I asked them, "If I could get you free siding, could I do the install for you?" Of course they were curious, but skeptical.
I explained that although I had never installed this brand 18 years ago, I knew of a defect in this particular siding and that it is probably under warranty. I also assured them that the new panels are made differently and that the defect had been corrected.
Our company handled all of the paperwork and our homeowner received a voucher for material and a check for our labor and disposal fees. Our homeowner wanted some of our special touches of cellular pvc band board trim and window trims. But the siding and basic labor were free. Later I found out that my competitors had quoted up to fifteen thousand for residing their home.
It pays to go with experience."
